Problem Summary	After you complete the switch version process on the primary server, you attempted to switch the version on the secondary server and did not succeed.
Error Message	ERROR Sync after switch version failed
Possible Cause	Not known at this point.
Recommended Action	Reboot the secondary server and perform the switch version process again.
