Problem Summary UnsupportedGrammarException with Cisco Media i.e Default Dialog group.
Error Message com.cisco.dialogservices.UnsupportedGrammarException.
Possible Cause DTMF Voice Browser (Voice Browser used with Default/Cisco Media Group) only supports Cisco DTMF Grammars (aka "Regex"), not SRGS or GSL.
Recommended Action Use proper grammar format
