Problem Summary Call by call delivery mode fails and mobile agent is logged out.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause Agent call cannot connect due to invalid phone number.
Recommended Action Check to make sure mobile agent phone number is entered correctly before logging back in.
Release Release 7.5(1) and 8.0
Associated CDETS # None.
