Problems Saving AW Configuration Data
| Problem Summary | Users cannot save configuration data when using the configuration manager tool on ADS1; also, modifications to a user on ADS2 do not transfer to ADS1. |

| Possible Cause | This was due to the loss of access privileges for the ADS1 distributor service login account. The ems trace logs for Update ADS process on ADS1 showed database login errors. |
| Recommended Action | Re-run the ADS1 distributor setup from the install media. This will re-run scripts that gives database access privileges to the distributor service login account. |
