Problems Saving AW Configuration Data

Problem Summary Users cannot save configuration data when using the configuration manager tool on ADS1; also, modifications to a user on ADS2 do not transfer to ADS1.
Error Message
Possible Cause This was due to the loss of access privileges for the ADS1 distributor service login account. The ems trace logs for Update ADS process on ADS1 showed database login errors.
Recommended Action Re-run the ADS1 distributor setup from the install media. This will re-run scripts that gives database access privileges to the distributor service login account.
