Logger Exit

Problem Summary The logger exits after local time has been stopped for few milliseconds
Error Message None.
Possible Cause The SQL server is busy. As a result, during that time no heartbeat response is sent to the Router process.
Recommended Action Increase the MessageTimeout value under the registry key Logger\CurrentVersion\Configuration\Time\MessageTimeout.
Release Release 7.5(1) and 8.0
Associated CDETS # None.
