Invalid SQL Login, Cause Not Apparent from Unified ICM Logs

Problem Summary An error message indicates invalid logon or an inability to connect to SQL, and the Unified ICM logs do not reveal a possible cause.

Possible Cause This information is generally not included in Unified ICM logs.
Recommended Action Examine the Application and System logs from the NT Event Log service, and, if the error looks like a SQL Error, include the SQL Server logs from the time of the event as well.
