Unable to get any response from WSM

Problem Summary WSM does not respond to any HTTP request.
Error Message Request timed out.
Possible Cause WSM service may be down or network is unreachable to the WSM service.
Recommended Action Check if the WSM service is running. Check the log files in CVP\wsm\Server\Tomcat\logs for any error. Make sure 8111 port is not blocked by firewalls.
Release 8.0(1) and later
Associated CDETS # None.
