Activating Call Studio License

Problem Summary Unable to activate Call Studio
Error Message Activation Failed
Possible Cause The license is invalid because either the license feature name is not "CallStudio", the version is less than 8.0, the expiration date has passed, or the hostid does not equal the MAC address of the computer where CallStudio is installed.
Recommended Action Request a new license from http://www.cisco.com/go/license with the correct feature name, version, expiration date, and MAC address. Then re-activate
