Operation Console (OAMP): FireFox Password Manager Utility Causes Confusion
Problem Summary | A Firefox pop-up may be thrown while we change the password for users in reporting server. |

Error Message | None, but a Firefox pop-up appears asking which user you want to change the password for. |
Possible Cause | Firefox password manager settings. |
Recommended Action | The pop-up is not a function of the Operations Console. The pop-up is asking if you want to change the password saved by Firefox for an associated username. Any action you take in regards to the Firefox pop-up has no effect on the password used by the Operations Console. However, use of the Firefox Password manager is not supported. |
