Courtesy Callback Record Name Beep is not Heard

Problem Summary When using the Courtesy Callback example Call Studio scripts, no beep is heard when the caller is prompted to record their name.
Error Message None
Possible Cause The gateway is not configured to use vxml 2.0
Recommended Action Add "vxml 2.0" and "vxml audioerror" to your gateway configuration:
vxml_gateway#config t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
vxml_gateway(config)#vxml version 2.0
vxml_gateway(config)#vxml audioerror
