<li>Go to Trace --> Configuration
<li>Select "Cisco Unified CCX Engine" and click Go.
<li>Check/Enable SUBSYSTEMS -> SS_MRCP_ASR : DEBUGGING and XDEBUGGING1
<li>Click Save.
