Troubleshooting RTMT Install Errors
| Problem Summary | RTMT installer throws an ERROR "RTMT already installed" when trying to install another copy of RTMT . |

| Error Message | "RTMT already installed" message prompt appears. |
| Possible Cause | Trying to install the same version of the RTMT Client on the same box. |
| Recommended Action | We do not allow install of same version of RTMT. This is by design. This is not allowed is because one can invoke multiple instances of RTMT from the same install. |
