Problem Summary	Tomcat experiences an unexpected and significant memory leak.
Error Message	The debug.txt log displays the following message: Invoking Legacy Tool Memory Mode: clear and destroy member collection objects
Possible Cause	The incorrect version of the RestCdb.dll was used.
Recommended Action	Apply the correct RestCdb.dll.
