Call rejected due to TRIGGER MAX SESSION

Problem Summary Call rejected due to TRIGGER MAX SESSION.
Error Message Call.rejected(TRIGGER_MAX_SESSION) seen in MIVR logs
Possible Cause Maximum sessions for the trigger is reached
Recommended Action

    Increase the maximum sessions on the trigger. The maximum sessions on the trigger should be equal to the maximum application sessions
