Two Users on the Same Client Must use Different Browsers
|Problem Summary||Display issues in certain functions.|
|Possible Cause|| Two users who sign in to Unified IC on the same computer must use different browsers.
For example, if User #1 signs in using Internet Explorer and performs a function such as adding dashboard. User #1 then leaves for lunch, but does not log out and is not away long enough for the forced system timeout.
User #2 logs in to Unified IC on the same computer, also using Internet Explorer.
In doing this, User #2 effectively logs User #1 out. Unified IC now recognizes the cookie for User #2's session activity. All new requests and actions are handled as originating from User #2.
|Recommended Action||Review the titlebar at the top the Unified IC page to verify who is currently recognized as the logged in user.|
