* Go to Cisco.com.

* Select Support > Download Software.

* Click Voice and Unified Communications.

* Log in.

* Click the Customer Contact folder to expand it.

* Click Cisco Unified Contact Center Products folder to expand it.

* Click Cisco Unified Intelligence Suite. This opens a tree of all releases.

* Click the folder for the release you need - for example, click 7.5 (2) to open the page for that MR.
* Locate the small page icon at the top of the right panel (above Sort By:)

* Select that page icon to open the release notes.
