System: Deleting the NTP Server in Cisco Unified OS Administration

Problem Summary The Unified IC Administration Console provides access to Cisco Unified OS Administration from the Navigation dropdown, using System Adminstrator credentials.

The OS Administration tool has a menu option for Settings > NTP Servers. From this interface, it is possible to delete NTP server(s) and then add them again. Deleting and then re-adding the NTP Server through the OS Administration interface impacts the date and time shown on reports.

Error Message None
Possible Cause Deleting and re-adding NTP Servers.
Recommended Action Restart the Controller and all Member nodes in the Unified IC Administation interface.

To do this, log in to Administration and select Control Center > Device Control.
