Supported System Capacities

This section presents some of the supported system limits for the co-resident applications on CMBE 6000. It is important to stay within these limits while planning system utilization to avoid oversubscribing CMBE 6000.

Unified Communications Manager

• 1000 Users • 1200 endpoints. (1000 Primary endpoints and 200 Secondary endpoints) • Total 20 Gateways (Sites) • 50 Extension Mobility login or logout every hour. • 50 Music On Hold sessions/calls. • 20 Software Conferences • 250 CTI endpoints • Presence enabled for all 1000 users • LDAP Authentication and Synchronization • Clustering & Redundancy • Overall BHCA 5000

Cisco Unity Connection

• 1000 Users • 1000 Voicemail boxes • 19 Voicemail storage per voicemail box • 24 Voicemail ports with maximum 6 VUI ports, @ 1000 BHCA • 500 IMAP session • 150 CPCA sessions

Cisco Unified Presence

• 1000 Users • XMPP Load • 20 IM per user per hour • 2 State changes per user per hour • 20 contacts per user

Unified Contact Center Express/IP IVR

• 100 Agents @ 15 BHCA per Agent • 10 Recording Sessions • Periodic Historical reporting
