Installation Problems
| Problem Summary | Install of Support Tools hangs. |
| Error Message | None. |
| Possible Cause | During installation, the installer tries to close the "Computer Management" window because itcontains a list of the running services that have to be updated. If there is an open/active dialogbox anywhere from that application, the ST install will not be able to close it and the install willjust wait (and appear to be stuck or frozen). |
| Recommended Action | Close the open dialog box. The Computer Management window will close, and the ST installwill continue. |
