Problem Summary Error Processing Request message returned when attempting to run a utility.

Possible Cause Possible Causes:
  • That utility is not installed on the current system
  • Appserver service not stated on the Support Tools Server
Recommended Action Possible Workarounds:
  • Some utilities are only available for use on specific Unified ICM components. Consult theonline Help for that utility to determine if its use is limited to specific components.
  • Confirm with your administrator that the Support Tools Appserver service is started on theSupport Tools Server machine.
