| Software installation/upgrade page under OS Admin, stuck in running state after COP installation

| Error Message
| Status is stuck in running state even after completion of COP installation.

| Possible Cause
| As part of COP install script tomcat is stopped and started , this causes the status stuck in starting state.
|
| Recommended Action
| No harm as long as a second COP needs to be installed. Reboot the box if there is need to install second COP.COP has to be installed from CLI henceforth to avoid this issue.
