Problem Summary	Software installation/upgrade page under OS Admin, stuck in running state after COP installation
Error Message	Status is stuck in running state even after completion of COP installation.
Possible Cause	As part of COP install script tomcat is stopped and started , this causes the status stuck in starting state.
Recommended Action	No harm as long as a second COP needs to be installed. Reboot the box if there is need to install second COP.COP has to be installed from CLI henceforth to avoid this issue.
