SocialMiner Feeds - Troubleshooting Twitter RSS Feeds

Problem Summary You do not get consistent, targeted search results for RSS Twitter Search feeds. For example, you query Lincoln Insurance in the SocialMiner feed and get many Abraham Lincoln tweets.

Possible Cause You used the http link in the address bar.
Recommended Action Copy the RSS link by right-clicking on the RSS icon. Paste that into the Feed's RSS URL.
