Log in to the console of the SocialMiner server machine as the admin user configured at installation-time. To list the services and their statuses, on the command line, type: utils service list Look for SocialMiner XMPP Server. Start the XMPP Server on the SocialMiner server machine. Type (do not use quotes): utils service start SocialMiner XMPP Server |
