SocialMiner Chat - Bad Request error on failed connection

Problem Summary When submitting a chat request, a customer receives an error message. 
Error Message connect_failed (Bad Request) : the connection to the XMPP server failed
Possible Cause XMPP Server is dow 
Recommended Action

Check the status on the SocialMiner server machine: controlcenter.sh list

Look for SocialMiner XMPP Server

Start the XMPP Server on the SocialMiner server machine: controlcenter.sh "SocialMiner XMPP Server" start
