Slow traffic between VMs affecting install of second node

Problem Summary	Install of second node in a virtualized environment does not complete successfully.
Error Message	"sh -c "/opt/cisco/uccx/Post.d/PostInstall_Script.sh install PostInstall 8.5.1.10000-37 8.5.1.10000-37 /usr/local/cm/ /usr/local/cm/ /common/log/install/capture.txt" 2>/dev/null" terminated. Exceeded hang detect time (45000).
Possible Cause	After upgrading the ESXi host to 4.1 and upgrading VMs to VMwareTools to 4.1, you may experience horribly slow TCP performance on VMs running on the 4.1 ESXi host.
Recommended Action	This can be addressed by disabling Large Receive Offload on the ESXi host: • log into the ESXi host or its vCenter with vSphere Client • select the host --> Configuration --> Advanced Settings • select Net and scroll down slightly more than half way • Set the following parameters from 1 to 0 o Net.VmxnetSwLROSL o Net.Vmxnet3SwLRO o Net.Vmxnet3HwLRO o Net.Vmxnet2SwLRO o Net.Vmxnet2HwLRO • Reboot the ESXi host to activate these changes Your guest VMs should now have normal TCP networking performance.
