Problem Summary	A user was given new roles, or his roles changed, and the change is not reflected in the interface.
Error Message	None
Possible Cause	This might happen when you add or remove the Report Designer, Report Definition Designer, or Dashboard Designer roles.
Recommended Action	The user should log out and log back in.
