Schedules: A scheduled job is unable to process at the scheduled time

Problem Summary A scheduled report cannot occur at the scheduled time.
Error Message None
Possible Cause This can occur if:
  • The schedule was created after the first scheduled date/time.
  • The scheduler service or the node was shut down at the appointed time.
  • There were no available threads for executing the job.
Recommended Action No action is required on your part.Schedules persist in the database. The scheduler will run them when it starts up again.
