Runtime: Open RTSP session to MediaSense failed with timeout

MediaSense server is unable to keep up with incoming recordings

Problem Summary When RTSP client try to open RTSP session to MediaSense open failed with timeout.
Error Message Timeout on TCP socket
Possible Cause the total number of media streams (recording, playback and live monitoring) exceeds 340 streams.
Recommended Action The RAID controllers in the C-Series have an optional battery backup for the write cache. Add the battery backup cache to achieve better performance.
Release Release 8.5(1) and 8.5(2).
Associated CDETS # None.
