500 Server Error (Unable to open proxy)<code>

| Possible Cause
| In response to a DESCRIBE request, the Media Service should return the codec details. The codec details will only be known after the Media Service receives the first RTP packet.

| Recommended Action
| Repeat the DESCRIBE request.
