Media server rejects request to open RTSP session
| Problem Summary | The Media Service rejects an RTSP request to open a session, if the DESCRIBE request is received before the first RTP packet. |

| Error Message | In response to the RTSP DESCRIBE request, you receive the following error:

| Possible Cause | In response to a DESCRIBE request, the Media Service should return the codec details. The codec details will only be known after the Media Service receives the first RTP packet. |
