Unable to find scheduled script for dialed number %3 (ID %1) with call type of %4 (ID %2).

Problem Summary Calls are not routing for a recently added or modified dialed number / route point.

The RouterErrorCode will contain 62, which is also the associated event message ID. The Router Log Viewer on the AW, the Webview Event Viewer, and the Windows Application Event Viewer will show the following error message.

Error Message Unable to find scheduled script for dialed number %3 (ID %1) with call type of %4 (ID %2).
Possible Cause The Call Type has not been associated to a routing script.
Recommended Action Map just the script to the already configured call type using the Call Type Manager in the Script Editor.
