Unable to map dialed number %2 (ID %1), CED "%3", ANI "%4" to a call type.
| Problem Summary | Route Requests are not succeeding for a Dialed Number.
The Route Call Detail record may contain a RouterErrorCode of 63 which is also the associated event message ID. The Router Log Viewer on the AW, the Webview Event Viewer, and the Windows Application Event Viewer will show the following error message. |

| Error Message | Unable to map dialed number %2 (ID %1), CED "%3", ANI "%4" to a call type. |
| Possible Cause | A Call Type has not been configured, or has not been mapped to this dialed number. |
| Recommended Action | Create a Call Type using the Call Type List tool if not yet configured, and map the Call Type to the Dialed Number and routing script using the Call Type Manager via the Script Editor. |
