Restore Fails in One of the Components with Result Code 109

Problem Summary Restore fails in one of the components with result code 109.
Error Message As seen in DRF UI, "Result Code: 109-Unable to transfer the tar file over SFTP channel as currently configured SFTP server does not support output stream".  
Possible Cause  
Recommended Action
  1. Reboot Unified CCX cluster.
  2. Check the replication status using utils dbreplication status.
  3. If the status is "Replication Inactive" then reset replication using utils dbreplication reset.
  4. Repeat Restore.
