Reporting Server Goes into Partial Service Mode

Problem Summary The Reporting Server shows that it is in a partial service mode.
Error Message Partial Service.
Possible Cause The Informix database services are not running.
Recommended Action Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.

Click Services and Applications.

Click Services.

Check that the following services are started:

  • Informix Dynamic Server Message Service
  • Informix IDS - cvp_db_<hostname>

Start services if they are not running.
