| Possible Cause
| The locale settings for the UnifiedIC server, UnifiedIC DB, UnifiedICM/CCE Admin Workstation and AWDB are not the same.
|
| Recommended Action
| Ensure that the locale settings for the UnifiedIC server, UnifiedIC DB, UnifiedICM/CCE Admin Workstation and AWDB are set to the same value. To see the locale settings on any of these servers, navigate to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options. The Standards and Formats value in the Regional Settings tab specifies the locale for that server.
