Precision queue step logic does not behave as expected

Problem Summary Precision queue step logic does not behave the way customer configured it.
Error Message The call flow appears to skip precision queue steps incorrectly or behaves differently than how the customer believes.
Possible Cause None
Recommended Action
  1. Run RTRTRACE and enable script selects.
  2. This will trace the queue behavior as it moves through the steps of a PQ. The behavior can then be debugged in this manner.
