| Recommended Action | If restore operation fails due to power outage during Phase 0 or Phase 1, then when the system comes up again, restore process can be started from begining.
If restore operation fails due to power outage during Phase 2, then when the system comes up again, Phase 2 will start automatically. Status of the same can be checked from Tools->Windows Upgrade. |
