Patch Installer aborts due to CCE service control manager running

Problem Summary The Patch Installer aborts if the CCE service control manager is running.
Error Message Patch Installer generates a dialog box indicating that an ICM executable is running, and must be stopped for the installer to continue. Patch Installer then aborts.
Possible Cause ICM applications running during the execution of patch installer.
Recommended Action Close any and all ICM applictions and rerun the patch installer.
