PG related audio error messages
When you complete the Comprehensive call flow exercise and place a call, you may receive the audio error message.
“ I'm sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call. Please try again later.”
In this exercise, the gateway dial peer uses the label: 123456789>, which will match the 1234567890 label configured in ICM for the VRU definition. To check for the proper label, in the ICM Communication Manager, choose 'Tools > Explorer Tools > Network VRU Explorer.
