Problem Summary Outbound records in progress are marked with Call Status "Unknown" and Call Result 0.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause The Dialer was cycled while a customer phone was ringing.
Recommended Action No action necessary; this is an expected behavior while cycling the dialer.
