Supported OVA Templates: IM and Presence
Important Note 1: If you have more than 10,000 users in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must use the 5,000 user OVA template at a minimum, even if you plan to license less than 5,000 users in IM and Presence.
Important Note 2: The recommendations below only apply to single cluster deployments. For intercluster deployments, Cisco recommends that you use the 5000 user OVA template at a minimum.

Note: Any of the user base sizes above can be used when performing a DRS migration from a physical machine with a disk capacity of less than 80 GB (for example, MCS-7825-H2).
