Not able to install different RTMT clients on the same box

| Possible Cause | This is not a supported scenario and so not guranteed to work. |
| Recommended Action | On a client machine, you can install RTMT client downloaded from only one product type, say, Unified CCX, Unified Communication Manager or Unified Presence or UnityConnection. Installing RTMT clients from different product types on the same client machine is NOT supported. So, for instance, RTMT Client installed from a UCCX server cannot be guareented to work with different product such as Unified Communication Manager or CUPS. In the same way, RTMT Client installed form a Unified Communication Manager server cannot be guareented to work with the Unified CCX. |
