| Recommended Action | Go to Auto answer file generation website. (http://www.cisco.com/web/cuc_afg/index.html) Select Cisco Unified CCX from product options.Fill in all he configuration information used for installation. The tool will populate License MAC in generated file. Contact marketing with the generated License MAC. At time of system install keep all the parameters values same as given in tool, otherwise License MAC may change, which will invalidate license files. |
