Migration: Report Filter page does not list any values

Problem Summary After performing a migration from CUIS Release 7.x to CUIC Release 8.x, the Report Filter page does not list any values.
Error Message None
Possible Cause Value list query format in CUIS Release 7.x and and 8.x are different. Migration tool takes care of converting all possible SQL query format to 8.x compatible format. In a rare case when query is having many aliases or joins, query may not have been formatted according to 8.x. In such case, Reports that refers to a particular value list, may not show any values in the Report Filter page after launching this report.
Recommended Action Do one of the following:
  • Edit the value list and click on the value list Query Validation button.
  • If query is invalid, correct the query and re-launch the report.
