Trace Configuration - Cisco Unified CM Telephony client trace settings not getting updated
|Problem Summary|| Enabling JTAPI_CLIENT trace settings is not getting saved. Confirmed by cli command:
admin:show uccx trace levels JTAPI_CLIENT
|Error Message|| Following error message is displayed in catalina.out.
JTAPIProperties.save: caught java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/cisco/uccx/.jtapi/lib/jtapi.ini (Permission denied)
|Possible Cause||No write permissions to the file jtapi.ini in the path /opt/cisco/uccx/.jtapi/lib.|
Provide write permissions to the file jtapi.ini.
