I don't see the Analysis Manager Drawer or Menu items



Problem Summary After logging into Real Time Monitoring Tool, I do not see the Analysis Manager drawer or menu items
Error Message None.
Possible Cause Real Time Monitoring Tool was installed against Unified CCX. For working with Analysis Manager tool, you must use RTMT installed against Unified CM
Recommended Action Reinstall RTMT against CUCM.
