Autoconfiguration data lost when PG switches to the other side

Problem Summary Autoconfiguration data is lost (marked as unused) when IPCC Enterprise Gateway PG switches over to the other side.
Error Message None.
Possible Cause The registry values might not be accurate. Check the value of the registries ServerPerilpheralID1, ServerPeripheralID2 under ICM\<cust inst>\<PGxx>\CurrentVersion\PIMS\pim1\ACMIData\Dynamic. The value of these two registries must be set to the perilpheralID of the child.
Recommended Action Correct the registry values.
