HTTP 403 or security protocols error while accessing appadmin or uccxservice

Problem Summary	Using the navigation drop down we navigate to appadmin or uccxservice and response is either HTTP 403 (forbidden) or Security protocols error
Error Message	HTTP 403 (forbidden) or Security protocols error page is seen
Possible Cause	The SSO session although expired is holding a reference to the user corresponding to one of the common VOS webapps
Recommended Action	Use a completely new browser session (new browser instance) to login.
